Q) What kind of computer do I need to connect to a LearnMyWay™ course?
A) Any current PC or Apple computer with an internet connection is fine. For the most up-to-date system requirements, please visit Webex HERE
Q) Is there any way for me to test my computer to makes sure it works properly with WebEx?
A) Yes, please try the test meeting system HERE. (Note - The meeting will not have any host and nothing will be presented. It will just ensure that you've got the most recent version of WebEx installed and make sure you can connect.
Q) I purchased a LearnMyWay™ course, how do I connect?
A) After the purchase of a LearnMyWay™ course you'll recieve a confirmation e-mail with a link to a WebEx registration site. Please register on the WebEx site and you'll recieve your customized link within 1 business day to access the LearnMyWay™ course.
Q) I've lost the e-mail with the link to the LearnMyWay™ course, what should I do?
A) The connection e-mail will be re-sent to the e-mail address you used to register one week prior to the course, one day prior to the course, and one hour prior to the course.
Q) Can more than one person use the link to access the LearnMyWay™ course?
A) No, the purchase price is per individual. You must purchase the course for each individual that wishes to attend.
Q) I'm an Association or Broker that would like to show the LearnMyWay™ in my office. Can I purchase access for my members/agents?

Q) I purchased a LearnMyWay™ course, how do I get my course material?
A) The link to download your course materials is listed on the reciept you received after your purchase of the course. If it does not appear in your Inbox, please check your SPAM or Junk E-mail folder.
Q) I completed a course via LearnMyWay™, when will I receive my certificate?
A) You should recieve your certificate by e-mail within 7 business days from the conclusion of the course. If you do not, please contact us at 213-739-8396 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q) Are there any DRE credits for LearnMyWay™ courses?
A) Due to the strict regulations that the DRE puts in place we are at this time unable to provide DRE credits for courses delivered via LearnMyWay™. We hope to be able to provide DRE credits for LearnMyWay™ courses later in 2012.
Q) Can I access the LearnMyWay™ courses using the WebEx mobile app?
A) At this time WebEx does not support Event Center meetings through their mobile app. They hope to add this functionality by the end of the 2nd quarter.
