Q) What kind of device do I need to connect to a LearnMyWay® course?
A) Any current PC or Apple computer, iPad, Android tablet or phone with an internet connection is fine. For the most up-to-date system requirements, please visit GoToTraining.

Q) Is there any way for me to test my computer or mobile device to makes sure it works properly with GoToTraining?
A) Before joining a LearnMyWay® session, if you're on a desktop computer, you may need to first download the Citrix Online Launcher file for Windows or Mac to launch GoToTraining. Then visit and follow the directions to join a test session.
Q) I purchased a LearnMyWay® course, how do I connect?
A) After the purchase of a LearnMyWay® course you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique link to the GoToTraining Session for your LearnMyWay® course. The email will also contain a link for you to download the course materials.
Q) I've lost the email with the link to the LearnMyWay® course, what should I do?
A) A reminder email with your unique link to connect will be sent to the email address you used to register. This reminder is set to come one week prior to the course, one day prior to the course, and one hour prior to the course.
Q) Can more than one person use the link to access the LearnMyWay® course?
A) No, the purchase price is per individual. You must purchase the course for each individual that wishes to attend.
Q) I'm an Association or Broker that would like to show the LearnMyWay® in my office. Can I purchase access for my members/agents?

Q) I purchased a LearnMyWay® course, how do I get my course material?
A) After the purchase of a LearnMyWay® course you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique link to the GoToTraining Session and the link for you to download the course materials. The same link to the materials will be included in reminder email messages as well as posted in the utility window of the GoToTraining session during the course.
Q) I completed a course via LearnMyWay®, when will I receive my certificate?
A) You should receive your certificate by e-mail within 7 business days from the conclusion of the course. If you do not, please contact us at 213-739-8241 or email@example.com.
Q) Are there any CalBRE credits for LearnMyWay® courses?
A) Due to the strict regulations that the CalBRE puts in place we are at this time unable to provide Continuing Education (CE) credits for courses delivered via LearnMyWay®. We hope to be able to provide CalBRE credits for LearnMyWay® courses starting later in 2014.
Q) Can I access the LearnMyWay® courses using the GoToTraining mobile app?
A) Yes! You will have to download and install the free GoToMeeting app on your mobile device. To verify if your device is supported, please see the System Requirements. Then follow the instructions here to join a test session to make sure GoToTraining works properly.
