The Property Management Certification (PMC) is a program for all REALTORS® who want to learn how to manage residential and commercial rental property.
A certificate and logo will be provided to all members upon successful completion of the program which may be used on business cards, websites, email signatures, blogs, and other promotional materials. C.A.R. Members can change their profiles on car.org to include Property Management Certification.
PMC requirements:

Attend and complete four (4) courses from the five (5) courses available:

Live lecture or LearnMyWay® courses - Course 1, 2, and 5

Online courses - Course 3 and 4

Pass each course exam

Complete and submit the PMC application
