The GRI designation is one of the most recognized designations in the real estate industry.  Here are just a few of the reasons why you should get a GRI: 

     - Obtain invaluable education for business planning, 
       increase your competence, and improve your income
       potential. 

      - Learn what your broker doesn't have time to teach you.

     - Earning credits toward the GRI satisfies continuing education
       requirements.

     - You will be able to use the GRI designation after your name, 
       wear the GRI pin, display the GRI certificate, and put the logo
       on business cards and stationery, communicating your
       dedication, knowledge, and professional achievement.

The GRI symbol is recognized nationwide, showing buyers, sellers and other real estate industry members that you are a true professional and have a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals.

By completing the GRI series you will receive 92 hours of continuing education credit, including all mandated courses.  Credits are as follows:

     - 64 hours of Consumer Protection Credit
     - 8 hours of Consumer Service Credit
     - 20 hours of the DRE mandated "Agency," "Ethics," "Trust Fund,"
       "Fair Housing," and "Risk Management" credit
