This international business section is intended to expand your awareness of opportunities pertaining to domestic international business -- business that is conducted within the state with a client who is not a United States citizen or permanent resident of the United States.

This section will be updated regularly to provide you with tangible tools to increase your bottom line as you explore this growing niche market.  You do not have to travel farther than your own office to practice international business - California's position as a leading Pacific Rim trading partner has encouraged international investors to buy and sell real estate here in California.  Today the international makeup of a REALTOR®'s clientele is as diverse as the demographics of the state itself.

C.A.R.'s International Real Estate Forum is devoted to maximizing the ability of all C.A.R. members to take advantage of the growing earnings potential associated with the increasing globalization of the real estate business. It strives to establish a significant leadership role for all levels of organized real estate within the international real estate and business community and hopes to attract and retain international real estate practitioners to the REALTOR® community.
