This position will support the adoption of zipForm-related member benefits to California Realtors. This will be done through frequent webinars and outreaches to our membership. They will also work with REBS Marketing on ways to increase webinar attendance and self-help usage at C.A.R. website. This position requires keeping the Contact Center personnel informed on any/all updates/revisions, etc. regarding zipForm®. Assist with daily performance of technical level 2 support functions; address customer issues through phone or email support. Have excellent customer service, technical support, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities • Teach zipForm related content via weekly webinars (zipForm Plus, zipLogix Digital Ink, zipVault, etc.) • Conduct live zipForm classes at brokerage offices biweekly. • Update zipForm-related content on website and social media as well as assist in creation of training materials. • Answer individual support related questions through phone, email, etc. • Evaluate alternative options for teaching zipForm classes, including new software, equipment, etc. • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years in real estate field • 1 year conducting virtual presentations (webinars) • 2 years conducting live presentations • Familiarity with real estate transaction process and terminology • Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting errors. • Experience using zipForm (not mandatory but preferred). • Employee must be a self-starter, be self-motivated and hold him/herself to very high standards of quality and customer service. • Innovation – we are looking for employees who can master the current system and process and then propose and implement suggestions to make it better. • Must be flexible to changes in schedule as needed. • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding customer service orientation. • Must be able to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, demanding customers, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.
