Job Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic sales representative for a mid-level sales position with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate should have experience with real estate transactions or the real estate industry in general. You must have at least 3 years of successful product sales experience. This position entails providing solutions to real estate agents, brokers and related industries by selling software, products and services both in person and virtually. The successful candidate will have contacts in the real estate industry and have basic knowledge of a California real estate transaction. Knowledge of property management and income properties is preferred but not mandatory. Travel is limited to Southern California. Responsibilities:

Develop sales goals and strategies.
·
Increase sales volume through direct sales efforts.
·
Cold call prospects by means of visiting the customer’s facility or contacting by phone and email.
·
Building relationships with established and new clients (real estate brokers, office managers, agents, and others).
·
Attend industry events.
·
Present software demonstrations (in person and over web).
·
Gain understanding of clients’ needs and offer appropriate products and tools.
·
Work with technical and support teams to enhance products and offer additional solutions.
·
Assist with creating marketing collateral.
Requirements:
·
Understanding of sales cycles and processes, development and qualification of the business need, identification of target clients, positioning of product and customer solutions.
·
Strong, professional communication and presentation skills as well as ability to maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and potential clients.
·
Strong desire for a career in technology and real estate product sales.
·
Demonstration of a thirst for and comfort level with software and technology in general
·
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Apple iPad.
·
Ability to function effectively in a variety of challenging situations and circumstances.
·
Real estate industry experience highly preferred.
