This new member benefit launches on February 15 and provides an all-in-one financing hotline for REALTORS®. 

C.A.R.’s Finance Helpline will provide one-on-one assistance with short sales, funding, REOs, Deeds in Lieu, and provide assistance and education on finalizing transactions.

The Finance Helpline was created to empower C.A.R. members to be the ultimate source of information pertaining to all components of financing the real estate transaction.  Please fill out the pertinent information needed to assess your current need and a lender liaison will contact you within one business day.
