The new 2011 consumer advertising campaign touts a brand-new theme, “California REALTORS®. Champions of Home.” The campaign will be seen or heard more than 35 million times between August and October.
In conjunction with C.A.R.'s 2011 consumer advertising campaign, C.A.R. has created a new Facebook contest that encourages home buyers to share their experiences working with a REALTOR® via video, and offers opportunities to win a Lowe's gift card.
Now through Nov. 30, 2011, California home buyers with a Facebook account may either submit a video to compete for one of four $500 Lowe's gift cards, or simply vote on their favorite videos.
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTOR® members are encouraged to forward this fun Facebook app to their own clients. Visit www.facebook.com/carealtors and select the "Stories of Home" tab to see the app.
More than 4,400 radio traffic read sponsorships will air across the state through October; and an extensive online media plan, including expanded display web banners, search engine marketing on real estate-related sites, and online advertising on real estate sites such as Trulia.com and REALTOR.com® will be seen through October 31. Additionally, a robust social media plan will provide added visibility on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and real estate-related blogs.
