REALTORS® with C.A.R. now have instant access to sample letters written by C.A.R. attorneys. These letters are in response to the most common situations that C.A.R.’s Legal Hotline receives as requests from members to help them prepare a document that can be used to address certain issues arising in a real estate transaction.
The letters are perfect for either side of a sales transaction and property manager and include letters for: buyers, sellers, selling agent, listing agent and property managers. Examples include, “Demand Seller to Close” and “Demand for Deposit in Escrow” and “Security Deposit Return.”
zipForm® will auto fill names and addresses but information unique to a particular transaction has to be inserted. A broker or attorney should be consulted to determine the applicability of a letter to a specific situation. C.A.R. members should look for the C.A.R. Sample Letter Library (CARSL) inside of their zipForm® account under the Library Forms menu.
