C.A.R.’s Disaster Preparedness & Knowledge (DPK) Certification: Crisis Knowledge Management program consists of four required courses.

Preparing for a disaster requires more than just an emergency kit. These four courses take an in-depth look into the major disasters for California and helps to prepare real estate professionals, step-by-step, both mentally and physically. Understand what you need to do to properly protect yourself, your family, your business and your community.

By earning this Certification, you differentiate yourself in your community by being a trusted source and the person they turn to first. You will look like the rock star of disaster preparedness in your community.

Upon completion of all four courses, participants will automatically be e-mailed their Disaster Preparedness & Knowledge (DPK) certificate and THE DPK logo the following business day. These can be used in presentation materials, as well as sales and marketing media.

The DPK program and the information provided within is for general information and educational purposes only. Before taking any actions based on the information presented, we encourage you to review your city, county and state-specific guidelines. We encourage sharing the information presented in these courses with family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
