REALTORS ENERGY AUDIT PROGRAM (REAP)
Take advantage of a financial and environmental reward on your clients new home with C.A.R.'s REALTOR®'S Energy Audit Program. HOW TO QUALIFY:
· Purchase a home between October 1, 2018 and Dec 31, 2019
· Conduct a HERS OR HES home energy audit of the home before the close of escrow or no later than 60 days after the close of escrow.
· Use a California REALTOR® in the transaction (referrals do not qualify).
· Primary single family residence must be purchased in California.

NOTE: You must provide HAF with the executed Program application, Property Purchase Contract, your final closing disclosure and the completed HERS or HES Report and Receipt by mail postmarked no later than seventy five (75) days after the close of escrow.
