We’ve continued to partner with leading broadcast networks NBC and ABC as well as premiere cable networks, Bravo and HGTV.  The 2019 campaign takes our historic digital video presence to a new level with TV extensions across Hulu, HGTV, YouTube, and programmatic video through Viant (owned by Meredith Corporation).

In core markets, 1,378 30-second spots, delivering over 24 million impressions on America’s favorite shows like The Voice, American Idol, Ellen, Good Morning America, The Property Brothers, Million Dollar Listing and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon over a four-week period.

The streaming giant, Hulu, will allow us to extend the spot television experience to smart TVs and multi-platform devices to reach the rapidly-expanding cord-cutter audience, aligning with First Time Home Buyer media usage trends.

YouTube allows us to tap into the rise of video search behavior, especially in the real estate market and programmatic video will help close the loop between TV exposure and exposure across mobile, desktop, and tablets.
