Starting on April 1st, we will launch a media campaign focusing on first time home buyers. While we won’t preclude other buyers and sellers from seeing the message, we will be focused on making an impact among this important opportunity segment.


From a media perspective, we will lean into digital - more video, custom content, digital sponsorships and online communities. We will maintain a strong TV commercial presence in the top markets of Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego, but we’ll use digital to extend the use of our TV spots across the web.

 

Podcasts will replace radio to provide statewide support to this segment, beginning on May 26.

 

Billboards will reinforce “Who’s your REALTOR?” with blanket coverage across core markets.

 

Deeper connections will be made via digital through the use of custom content, influencers, social and mobile.  All of these touch points will connect the dots between REALTORS® and consumers, showing how only a California REALTOR® can help make real estate dreams a reality.Overall Campaign highlights include:

 
  • Over 117MM total media impressions
  • Over 1,350 TV spots & 24MM impressions on NBC, ABC, HGTV and Bravo for 4 weeks during peak RE season
  • Over 2.5MM Streaming TV impressions over 6 weeks
  • Over 875M Podcast audio impressions over 4 weeks
  • Over 60.5MM outdoor impressions on high impact billboards
  • More than 29.75MM contextual & custom digital impressions to drive message continuity April - July.
  • Online presence through broadcast, pre-roll, custom editorial, and high impact mobile units on NBC, ABC, Bravo, HGTV, Hulu, YouTube, Curbed, Panoply (podcast network), Viant (programmatic video), REALTOR.com, Undertone, and Reddit
  • Updates to www.championsofhome.com with new content
  • New REALTOR® tools to create custom marketing content to share with clients and prospective clients through social media, email, newsletters and more.
