If you are trying to view zipForm® 6 on a mobile device, you'll need to purchase zipForm® Mobile Edition. More information is available by clicking here.

If your forms aren't opening correctly on your PC, try reinstalling Java at www.java.com.

For MAC users, if the view is "choppy" increase the Java Applet memory by following the below instructions:

1. In Finder Click on Go>Utilities
2. Double Click on the 'Java Preferences' icon
3. Under the General Tab you will see a section called Java Applet Plugin. In this section you may see J2SE 5.0 and Java SE 6, and depending on your system you may see a 32 bit and 64 bit version for each.
4. Click on first item listed and then click on the ‘Options' button located to the right.
5. In the pop up window that opens please type in the following –Xmx512m (Please note that this is case sensitive), and then click okay
6. Repeat this step for each Java that is listed in the Java Applet Plugin section.
7. Once this is completed you can close Java Preferences and log back into your zipForm 6 Professional program.
