zipFormMLS-Connect®
Import MLS Data Directly Into Your zipForm® Transaction

zipFormMLS-Connect® integrates data straight from an MLS system into a zipForm® transaction. This eliminates the need for double data entry for many fields in a transaction.

zipForm®’s electronic forms software already saves you time and helps reduce data-entry errors by allowing data to be entered once and used across all documents associated with a transaction. Now, with zipFormMLS-Connect®, users can import data that is stored electronically in an MLS database, but has not been keyed into zipForm®.

zipForm® is Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) compliant and supports data import from other RETS-compliant applications. This allows zipFormMLS-Connect® to receive data from MLS providers.

zipFormMLS-Connect® offers MLS providers a means of easily adding increased functionality to their service by giving users of zipForm®, the industry’s leading electronic forms software, the ability to import data directly from an MLS database.

MLS and Local AOR’s are able to partner with zipLogix in a couple different ways. They are able to fully license zipFormMLS-Connect® and provide it to their members as a member benefit.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

• 20 MB available hard disk space
• 800 x 600 resolution and 256 colors
• Windows® Print Manager® compatible printer
• High speed Internet access (Cable, DSL, T1 or ISDN)
