Well, the time has finally come. The age-old desire has been fulfilled. Now, at long last, you can print—wirelessly!—from your iPhone.
First things first: Your iPhone must be using iOS 4.2 or later, and you must have an AirPrint-enabled printer with wireless capabilities. Check out the list of AirPrint printers. The AirPrint feature is already enabled by default on your iPhone. (Thank you, Apple!).
To print, follow these simple steps
Make sure that your phone and printer are both connected to the same wireless network.
Make sure AirPrint is enabled in your printer settings. (See printer documentation for more details.)
Open the document or photo you wish to print on your iPhone.
Tap the arrow on the bottom of your screen (the same arrow you would tap to email or text the photo/document).
Tap “Print” from the list of available options.
If it’s your first time, you need to “Select Printer,” then tap the Print bar to wirelessly send your document or photo to the printer
