Many REALTORS® have applied green techniques such as changing incandescent light bulbs to compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs), recycling bottles, cans, and paper; and printing documents double-sided, all in an effort to be more eco-friendly.  Now C.A.R. is offering another avenue for C.A.R. members to pursue their greener lifestyle: ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6.

ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6 is a free add-on library for C.A.R. members. It’s used in conjunction with a zipForm® 6 account and consists of educational titles and disclosure titles, including the Combined Hazards Book.  ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6 also works with DocuSign®, helping REALTORS® get one step closer to a paperless transaction.  For clients who aren’t quite ready to exchange electronic signatures, ePUBS™ for zipForm® 6 provides a separate, two-page signature page that, when e-mailed with the Combined Hazards Book, allows clients to print only the required pages.
