(REBS®), the subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), today announced that it will offer a new comparative market analysis tool called Clarus touchCMA™ as part of its Clarus REsource® suite of powerful real estate tools and services.
Clarus touchCMA™ is an innovative comparative market analysis technology that empowers real estate professionals to build and present interactive comparative market analyses (CMA) in a unique way, either through a web-based platform or through a companion Apple iPad® application. Presentations sync automatically between devices, allowing agents to create CMAs on their laptop and present on their iPad, or vice versa.
Clarus touchCMA™ was developed in partnership with Sweepre Interactive, a Seattle-based technology company that builds next-generation real estate tools to help make real estate professionals digitally relevant for buyers and sellers.
Using Clarus touchCMA™’s robust, graphically rich and fully integrated tool set, agents and brokers can literally tap into every listing available in covered markets to create dynamic, data-rich listing presentations within minutes from anywhere at any time.
