AgentNTouch™, consumer-focused real estate app, now available for iPhone
App provides tips for buyers, sellers
LOS ANGELES (July 13) – Home buyers, sellers, and homeowners now have access to timely, relevant housing market data with the availability of a new consumer-focused iPhone application, AgentNTouch™. Launched today by the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), AgentNTouch™ provides tips for buyers, tips for sellers, real estate terminology, current mortgage rates, mortgage calculators, educational videos, and current real estate news. AgentNTouch™ also enables REALTORS® to personalize the app and send neighborhood, open house, and listing information to clients.
With AgentNTouch™, REALTORS® can brand the opening screen of the application with a photograph or logo. The app also features a map to the REALTOR®’s office; links enabling consumers to call, e-mail, or refer the REALTOR®; and a menu option allowing the REALTOR® to add his/her own personalized links, including links to the IDX search on his/her Web site.
“AgentNTouch™ is the modern-day equivalent of the refrigerator magnet, Post-it® note, notepad, or any other of the myriad marketing materials that REALTORS® have used in the past to promote their businesses,” said C.A.R. President Steve Goddard. “For a fraction of the cost of traditional marketing and far less than it would cost to develop their own Smartphone app, REALTORS® can create a constant awareness of their brand with consumers who will see AgentNTouch™ each time they open their mobile device.”
AgentNTouch™ is a subscription-based service for real estate professionals with a one-time set-up fee of $200 and an annual subscription fee of $99. Each subsequent year is $99. REALTORS® who register for a free, 30-minute webinar about AgentNTouch™ receive $50 off the set-up fee. Once subscribed to AgentNTouch™, REALTORS® can provide the app to an unlimited number of consumers at no cost to the consumer. The app, currently available for the iPhone, iTouch, and iPad, will be available for android phones and the BlackBerry® later this summer.
