Real Estate Business Services and AIR Commercial Real Estate Association Partner to Provide Commercial Forms Library

LOS ANGELES (Jan. 20) – Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) today announced a partnership agreement with AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIR) to offer 15 core AIR commercial forms as a WINForms Online® add-on library.

“There is an opportunity for REALTORS® who were primarily focused on residential transactions to branch into commercial markets,” said Liz Fitzgerald, chairman of REBS Board of Directors. “AIR Essentials™ for WINForms® helps bridge this transition, enabling a residential agent to use the same forms commonly employed by a commercial real estate practitioner and serves as a compliment to C.A.R.’s existing library of commercial forms.“
