Oakland Association of REALTORS® provides Clarus™ Investor™ and ePUBS for WINForms® as member benefit

LOS ANGELES (Feb. 13) – Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) today announced that the Oakland Association of REALTORS® (OAR) signed an agreement to provide Clarus™ Investor™ and ePUBS for WINForms® as new member benefits.

“Adding value for our REALTOR® members is important to us,” said David Kerr, OAR president. “Technology tools based on sound data is vital to use in this marketplace. The public is eager for this type of information.”

Clarus™ Investor™ enables agents to engage clients in a healthy discussion about adding real estate to their investment portfolio. The online application will give a quick picture of a property’s value and profit potential by generating a 7-page report that can be saved or printed.

ePUBS™ for WINForms® is an add-on WINForms® library containing both consumer and mandated disclosure
publications, including the Combined Hazards Book. The two-page signature document eases the burden of having to print the 79-page book, thereby helping to save millions of sheets of paper each year.

“The electronic versions of the disclosure documents allow our members to protect themselves while simultaneously educating their clients,” said OAR Association Executive Colleen Porter. “Throw in that they’re available in WINForms Online®, and the costs savings involved by going green, and there was no question this would be a new member benefit.”
