LOS ANGELES (July 7) – The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and its Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) subsidiary today announced a new opportunity to assist REALTORS® with their continuing education requirements through OnlineEd.com. Available at http://education.car.org, REALTORS® have an opportunity to take either individual courses to meet their license renewal requirements, ranging from $19.99 to $59.99, or cost-effective class packages.

REBS has licensed continuing education content from OnlineEd.com to provide C.A.R. members a comprehensive continuing education experience. Available courses range from Fair Housing, Buyer’s Agency, and Managing Risk for Profit to Trust Funds, The Duty to Disclose, and Ethics. Additionally, two new courses, The Residential Property Inspection Process and Environmental Issues and Residential Real Estate, are being offered by C.A.R. through OnlineEd.com and focus on topical subjects critical to the transaction.

Packages include: First Time Salesperson Renewals, First Time Broker Renewals, and Subsequent Salesperson & Broker Renewals; costs range from $39.95 to $49.95.

A 10 percent discount is available now through Aug. 31 for online license renewal courses by entering “neweducation” in the coupon code box at checkout.
