C.A.R. and Real Estate Risk Services endorse Costello & Sons Insurance

LOS ANGELES (Sept. 30) – The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (C.A.R.) today announced that Costello & Sons Insurance (CSI) is C.A.R.’s endorsed insurance broker for members’ insurance needs. Through its relationship with CSI, Real Estate Risk Services LLC (RERS), a subsidiary of C.A.R., will offer competitive, comprehensive insurance products specifically designed for REALTORS® throughout California.  

RERS will consolidate several of the current C.A.R. insurance offerings supporting all aspects of a real estate brokerage, from errors and omission (E&O) and workers' compensation insurance to home and automobile insurance.  One important value-added component of the new program will be a comprehensive no-obligation risk analysis and insurance needs assessment for REALTORS®.

CSI is a third generation insurance brokerage firm founded in 1939, with offices statewide.  CSI uses only “A-Rated” insurance companies and has a wide selection of policies available for individual REALTORS® as well as brokers.
