Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® offer ePUBS™ for WINForms® as a Member Benefit

LOS ANGELES (Nov. 5) – Real Estate Business Services (REBS) today announced that the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BHGLAAR) has agreed to adopt ePUBS™ for WINForms® as a free member benefit to their members.

“In this digital age, any product that helps our REALTORS® move towards a paperless transaction is a timely member benefit,” said Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® CEO Roxanne Burdick. “We recognize that every little bit helps in this current market and providing ePUBS™ for WINForms® as a free member benefit is just another way to give our members an edge.”

ePUBS™ for WINForms® is an add-on WINForms® library containing both consumer and mandated disclosure publications, including the Combined Hazards Book. The unique feature of ePUBS™ for WINForms® is the separate, two-page signature document that, when emailed in conjunction with the Combined Hazards Book, ensures compliance with California disclosure law and promotes good green practices. The two-page signature document eases the burden of having to print the 79-page book thereby helping to save millions of sheets of paper each year.
