LOS ANGELES (April 19) - Real Estate Business Services, Inc. (REBS), a subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and Real Estate Business Resources (REBR), a subsidiary of the KANSAS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, today announced the creation of Real Estate Broker Owner Solutions, LLC (REBOS), a new partnership that will develop and market products and services for real estate brokers, owners, and firm managers.

The creation of REBOS LLC represents a milestone for organized real estate by bringing together two state REALTOR® associations to achieve a common goal of being a strategic business partner to their members as well as to brokerages nationwide. An exciting component of this new venture is that RealTrends industry-wide aggregated data will be licensed for use in REBOS tools for brokers. REAL Trends, Inc., headed by Steve Murray, is a publishing and communications company considered to be a leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry.

"With this partnership, REBR will be able to expand on the success it has already achieved in the broker space by providing tools and services augmenting our successful brokerage consulting and assessment services," said REBR President Karen France. France was recently appointed president of the new entity.

"The flagship product of our new partnership, slated for release in early 2008, will be an online, subscription-based application enabling brokers to improve their business performance by providing assessment, business modeling, and tactical implementation tools," said Gary Thomas, REBS chairman of the board.

Other products and services are planned to include financial and business improvement consulting services and regional brokerage performance surveys.
