MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION ON ZIPFORM® 6 STANDARD (DESKTOP) EDITION
Your zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) edition will include a new membership verification check. If you’re a desktop user, you will be required to connect to the internet once every 90 days beginning Tuesday, June 19 th. An internet connection is required in order to complete the membership verification process. If you have not connected to the internet after 45 days, you will receive a pop-up message inside of zipForm® 6 reminding you to connect to the internet to complete this process. This pop-up is on every day until you connect to the internet or hit the 90-day mark. From that point on, you will be locked out of zipForm® 6 Standard until your membership can be verified. If you have an internet connection, membership verification is completed “behind the scenes.” No additional action is needed by you.
If the National Association of REALTORS® (NRDS) database is unable to verify your membership, you will be prompted with a notification instructing you to contact your Local Association to update your record. zipForm® 6 Professional (online edition) users are already verified each time you log in through www.car.org .

zipLogix Digital Ink® is now faster and easier to use! Sending documents via the dashboard (screen you see after clicking “Continue to zipLogix Digital Ink®”) was recently updated to include a step-by-step flow that guides you through the sending process. The latest enhancement includes:
· Group Signing Options - Signers can be grouped together to sign at the same time for quick document completion. Grouped participants, such as spouses, can then sign without waiting for the other to sign first.
· Enhanced Document Display - The entire form is displayed to quickly add signatures, initials and custom fields. Forms are scrollable for faster navigation.
· Automated PDF Delivery - Enable automatic delivery of executed documents to any party. Activate the “CC” checkbox to corresponding participants to receive the documents upon completion of the last signer.
· Control Post Send - After sending documents for signatures, you can continue to control the workflow process. Within the zipLogix Digital Ink® dashboard there are options to “suspend”, “edit” or “cancel” the signing process. This allows for greater flexibility during signing and allows you, the REALTOR®, to pause the transaction should there be a change.
