WINForms Online® New User Interface

Part of the WINForms® mission is to deliver better service to our subscribers. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and customer success. That is why the WINForms® team continues to provide up-to-date information by introducing the newest upgrade to the WINForms Online® page. Once you have logged into your account, please note that there?s a new Create New Transaction/Template button

In addition, we?ve modified what use to be the blue Import button to Import Transaction From WINForms® Desktop. This new button will have the same functionality when importing your transaction from the Desktop application into your Online application

The third added feature to the new user interface is the Search button. As an Online user, you can still search previously saved transaction. By checking the Advance Search box, the search capabilities are expanded. The Online user can search for: Active/Inactive transaction, Listing/Purchase/Lease transaction type and Property type such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, etc.

The last added feature on WINForms Online® page is the My Company Information link. This new link will direct you to the page to change your Company information. By clicking on Selection Action drop-down menu under Location List, you can update your office information. Please note, that you still need to go to Agent Manager to change your agent name and e-mail address.

Forms Advisor?: New C.A.R. Member Benefit

Forms Advisor? is an online software program that help you identify which C.A.R. Standard Forms to use and how to complete the forms.  Forms Advisor? features C.A.R. Forms Tutor?, which provides audio and text instructions for competing the forms and a legal Q&A component.

Using Forms Advisor? is easy. You enter transaction type (residential, multi-unit, foreclosure, short sales, etc.) and agent representation (buyer or seller).  Forms Advisor? directs you to relevant forms for that specific transaction.  The process is fast and simple to use.

Two for One: WINForms® Certification Training

The WINForms® department is now offering a one-day course for WINForms® Certified Training that will include instruction for both the Desktop version and the Online version.

This program is designed for anyone who wants to be an instructor of WINForms®.
