REALTOR®'s Acknowledgment Form

The "REALTOR®'s Acknowledgement" (RA) form is designed to promote the values offeredto clients when working with a REALTOR®. This form notes the REALTOR® distinction with emphasis on integrity, fairness and a pledge to the REALTOR® code of ethics. The REALTOR®'s Acknowledgement form also highlights the Association of REALTORS® as national, state and local organizations, involved in a myriad of social issues from housing affordability and disaster relief aid to laws supporting homeownership and private property rights. The REALTOR®'s Acknowledgement form was available on August 7, 2006. Please follow instructions below to install the the latest forms software with the REALTOR®'s Acknowledgement form.

"WINForms® Certified Trainer (WCT) Program
C.A.R. offers a WCT class that teaches you how to become a Certified Instructor of the WINForms® program. Once the class is completed, the individual's name will be listed on the WINForms® Web site where they are available to be utilized by local Associations or others to become trained in the WINForms® program.
