In October, REBS® will launch ePUBS™ for WINForms®, a new digitized library of mandated and consumer disclosure titles, including the Combined Hazards booklet. Available only for WINForms Online®, this add-on library enables an agent to employ a green approach to their transaction while abiding by California disclosure requirements.

Included in this library is a digitized version of the Combined Hazards book, which boasts a unique feature: a separate signature page and Earthquake Hazards Report file. An agent can email the client the book content in one file, and in a separate file, the signature page and Earthquake Hazards Report. This new delivery method allows the buyer or seller to review the book on their monitor instead of printing all 78 pages.

WINForms Online® Training for DRE Credit

You can now receive 3 hours of Consumer Service credit towards your Department of Real Estate continuing education requirement by taking a live C.A.R.-sponsored WINForms Online® class. C.A.R. staff teaches the class and provides certificates, along with a WINForms® All-In-One Manual.

WINForms® Certification Training

The WINForms® department is now offering a one-day course for WINForms® Certified Training that will include instruction for both the Desktop and Online versions.

This program is designed for anyone who wants to be an instructor of WINForms® . Course features will give you working knowledge of the software and insight to the training skills that are vital to teaching others.
