zipForm® 6 Software Renewal Process
Congratulations to those of you who have registered zipForm® 6 Professional and Standard editions as part of your C.A.R. member benefit in 2011. As a C.A.R. member, you are entitled to receive zipForm® 6 at no charge for another year. In order to take advantage of this benefit for 2011, you will need to renew the software license. During the month of March, you will be notified on the zipForm® 6 Professional (online) or zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) to renew. Here are simple instructions on how to renew:
Renewing zipForm® 6 Professional (online)
1. Log in to your zipForm® Professional
2. Click “Renew Now”
3. Read through the license agreement in its entirety. If you choose to accept the License Agreement, click “Yes”
4. A confirmation screen will appear after agreeing to the License Agreement
5. Click Continue button to launch your zipForm® 6 account
Renewing zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop)
1. Launch zipForm® 6 Standard from your desktop
2. Click “Renew Now”
3. Read through the license agreement in its entirety. If you choose to accept the License Agreement, click “Yes”
4. A confirmation screen will appear after agreeing to the License Agreement
5. Double-click zipForm® 6 Standard icon from your desktop to start using your software

As a zipForm® 6 user these features are available now! zipForm® 6 Professional users, simply login to your account and start taking advantage of these features. zipForm® 6 Standard users just update your software when prompted to utilize the updates
NEW - Reorder Transaction Forms
Forms may be rearranged in the order desired after being added. The interface allows for two different ways to reorganize forms within a transaction. First, forms can be moved using the up and down arrows on the right side of the "My Transaction Forms" window. Second, users may drag and drop the forms in the order they desire.
NEW - Highlighter Tool
Within zipForm® 6, you are now able to highlight form boiler plate text. This feature allows the user to use multiple colors to highlight areas of importance. All highlighting carries over to any PDF files saved or emails sent. The feature is found directly above the form.
NEW - Search by Username*
Now in multi user brokerage accounts administrators may search their agent list by username. The addition of this feature increases the usability and efficiency of the search function.

March 2011 Forms Release
C.A.R. Standard Forms will have an intermediate forms release to address some urgent changes related to Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) law and issues pertaining to tenancy termination requirements after foreclosure. Please expect these four new forms to be available by late March.

Note that due to file size constraints, currently you will need to access and email all three of the following separately labeled ePUBS® files in zipForm® 6 to send the latest Combined Hazards Book electronically:
In late March, the above files will be renamed as follows to help ensure users send all three files when tasked with providing the Combined Hazards Disclosure Book via ePUBS® for zipForm® 6.
This change will make sending the Combined Hazards Book as easy as 1-2-3!
