AgentNTouch™, a consumer-focused smartphone app REALTORS® can give to their clients, has just been released for the Android, enabling REALTORS® to target more than 54 percent of the smartphone market.
AgentNTouch™ allows REALTORS® to brand the opening screen of the application with a photograph or logo. The app also features a map to the REALTOR®’s office; links enabling consumers to call, e-mail, or refer the REALTOR®; and a menu option allowing the REALTOR® to add his/her own personalized links, including links to the IDX search on his/her Web site.
Real Estate Business Services (REBS), publishers of AgentNTouch™, provides the remainder of the data, including tips for buyers and sellers, real estate terminology, current mortgage rates, mortgage calculators, educational videos, and current real estate news.
AgentNTouch™ is a subscription-based service for real estate professionals with a one-time set-up fee of $200 and an annual subscription fee of $99. Each subsequent year is $99. REALTORS® who register for a free, 30-minute webinar about AgentNTouch™ receive $50 off the set-up fee.
AgentNTouch™ is free to consumers and can be provided to an unlimited number of consumers at no additional cost. REALTORS® are not required to have a smartphone to purchase and utilize AgentNTouch™.
