If you have forgotten your username and password on the “old” site, you may register by clicking on the “Register” link in the login box above.  By clicking on the link, you will be guided through a multi-step registration process.  When you have completed the process, your new login information will be displayed along with a link to login. 

Please note: it is important to have your NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®  member number (NRDS) available before you begin the registration process.  You can find your member number in a variety of ways:

a. Your REALTOR® Membership Card
You should have received a REALTOR® membership card with your member number when you became a REALTOR®. Enter the member number printed on your membership card to log in.

b. California Real Estate Magazine address label
Your nine-digit member number is printed on the address label of your California Real Estate magazine.

c. Find your Member ID/NRDS number online
The following link will direct you to the Web site for the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.  You may look-up your NRDS number on their Web site or call their toll free number for assistance with your NRDS number (800-874-6500).  They will not be able to assist you with WINForms® or WINForms® related questions.  Once you have obtained your NRDS number, you will be required to return to the car.org Web site to complete the registration/login process.  You may lookup your nine-digit member number online by entering your last name and e-mail address or DRE license number.
