Forms AdvisorTMand TutorTM-Which Form to Use and How?
You are in the middle of a complicated transaction
that's uncharted territory for both you and the agent on the other side of
the deal. Wouldn't it be great if you had a little expert guidance to help
take the guesswork out of which standard forms you need to use?
It's for situations like this that Forms AdvisorTM was created.
C.A.R. is proud to launch a new online tool that guides users to the proper
standard form(s) needed for various types of real estate transactions.
Based upon the user input, such as type of transaction (residential,
multi-unit, probate, etc.) and whether the agent represents the buyer or
seller, Forms AdvisorTM directs a user to relevant forms for a
specific transaction. The process is fast and simple to use.
Also available is a companion software, C.A.R. Forms TutorTM. This product is an educational online service that explains the standard forms field-by-field, with audio and text instructions. Both Forms AdvisorTM and C.A.R. Forms Tutortm integrate seamlessly with WINForms Online®.
