Create a new calendar in Outlook
Follow these steps to create
a new calendar in Outlook:
1. On the File menu, point to "New" and then click "Folder."
2. In the "Name" box, type a name for the folder.
3. In the "Folder contains" list, click "Calendar items."
4. In the "Select where to place the folder" list, choose a location
for the folder.
5. Click "OK" to create the new calendar folder.
You can now add appointment items to your new calendar; however, reminders
will only work for items in your default calendar.
