C.A.R. REALTOR® Ratings Pilot Program 2011
In order to acknowledge the growing power of the consumer in the economy and the ubiquitous opportunities for consumers to weigh in on their experiences in the global marketplace, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® launched a pilot program together with MLSListings, Inc. (MLSL) and Quality Service Certification, Inc. (QSC) to provide a tool for California REALTORS® to be the drivers in the customer experience feedback world. In order to provide higher value and transparency, Brokers and REALTORS® will have the capacity to monitor consumer experiences through rigorous customer satisfaction metrics.

How it works?
-Survey process begins once Listing Status within the MLS changes to “Sold.” Surveys are then automatically sent to each transaction side client.
-REALTOR® Ratings are accessible at anytime and in real time through MLSListings, Inc and QSC.
-Participating REALTOR® is notified via email each time a survey is returned.
-The option to publish an independently validated Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSR) is available after 4 completed surveys.
-Individual REALTOR® has the option to keep all survey feedback, the overall Customer Satisfaction Rating and/or actual consumer comments private for their own personal knowledge or may elect to “publish” the results through a variety of Internet, public promotional and social networking channels.

Pilot Program Participating Brokers:
This pilot project has been launched with a small group of interested Brokerage firms that belong to MLSListings, Inc. The following firms are participating in the pilot:
