1. Educate fellow REALTORS® about the opportunities and benefits of working with a diversified clientele.
 
2. Get involved in diversity activities at your local Association.

3. Invite other REALTORS® to the local and state Equal Opportunity Cultural Diversity Committee meetings.

4. Take NAR's  At Home With Diversity® course  to learn about working with clients of various ethnic backgrounds.
