email@example.com IMPORTANT: 1. Please be sure to include all appropriate documentation and board approval before submitting (board minutes, signatures and any relevant supporting documents). 2. C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund's program manager will review the REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding Request Form to insure it is complete. 3. C.A.R.'s Housing Affordability Fund program manager will randomly assign ownership to a committee member for each completed REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding Request. 4. Copies of all completed and assigned REALTOR® ASSOCIATION Funding Request Forms will be sent to all committee members three (3) weeks prior to a meeting for consideration. 5. C.A.R. Housing Affordability Fund Committee will meet, discuss, and approve Motions on whether or not and to what extent to approve funding of the proposed projects. 6. Upon the approval of the request, H.A.F. staff will prepare and mail a check to the sponsoring association. Check preparation takes approximately one week.
