Most REALTORS® understand the client and business benefits that come from providing homes that are more comfortable, affordable, and dependable, yet very few REALTORS® are aware of the numerous programs that can help them get offers accepted, increase successful closing ratios, and reduce escrow times.
In this webinar, attendees will learn about financing and rebate mechanisms that can allow home-buyers and existing homeowners to make improvements to their property and qualify for rebates.

Providing access to these programs can assist clients in financing retrofits to distressed properties, such as foreclosures and short sales. Additionally, REALTORS® and Loan Officers can add value for past clients by introducing them to programs that can help them make property improvements and access significant rebates.

In addition to the very high number of these specialty products he has personally arranged, he has devoted his efforts to educating the Real Estate Community on these opportunities.
