C.A.R. Directors and Committee Members should contact their local Association Executive to confirm that the AE has registered them for all three meetings.
For the Business Meetings, you will need your Username and Password to log on and access the Online Meeting Registration System. Your Username and Password were created by you when you registered on the www.car.org Web site the first time. If you aren't already logged on you may Sign In at the upper right of this Web page.
You will also need a valid credit card if you plan to request a hotel room or reserve Installation Banquet tickets. A hotel room reservation is considered confirmed once your request has been sent by C.A.R. to the party handling hotel reservations, and C.A.R. has received notification from the hotel that the reservation is confirmed. Written confirmations are also sent from the hotel by email to the Association Executive or to the individual guest who has registered and requested a guest room, and the status of each registration record is updated online for you to view at your convenience.
Local Association Staff should register as "Members" by using their own Username and Password to log on to the Web site.
Non-members, including Exhibitor personnel, may register without a Username and Password by clicking on the link for Non-Member Registration.
During the online registration process, C.A.R. will ask you for optional emergency contact information, which will be kept strictly confidential. If you provide us with this information, it will be used only to contact someone on your behalf in the unlikely event of an emergency while you are traveling on C.A.R. business.
