Solano County Assessor’s office was able to utilize a computer software program that made it much easier to evaluate and lower property value assessments under the provisions of Proposition 8.

It was recommended that C.A.R. legal prepare a Q&A for members regarding the utilization of Proposition 8 and how to avoid mistakes.
