Association Executives Committee
Welcome to the C.A.R. EXPO and Business Meetings in San Jose. The Following events will take place during the meetings in San Jose that are of interest for AEs and Presidents:
The AE Professional Development Seminar will take place on Tuesday, October 6, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, in the San Jose Ballroom V/VI, Marriott Hotel. There will be a buffet lunch provided for those attending the seminar in the San Jose Ballroom I, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Media Training for 2010 Presidents will be Wednesday, October 7, in the San Jose Ballroom I/II, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Marriott Hotel. This is the first half of a two part media training program for the incoming Presidents with the second half to be conducted during the February meetings in Indian Wells
The 2010 Presidents Orientation, for incoming Presidents and AEs, will be on Friday, October 9, 8:00 AM – 9:50 AM, in the San Jose Ballroom IV, Marriott Hotel.
The Association Executives Committee will meet on Friday, October 9,
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, in the San Jose Ballroom IV, Marriott Hotel.
Following the AE Committee meeting the AEs will have lunch with Joel Singer
and C.A.R. Jim Liptak, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM in the San Jose Ballroom
III, Marriott Hotel.
Attached is the “Schedule at a Glance” which gives an overview of some of
the C.A.R. meetings that are of particular interest to Presidents,
Presidents-elect and AEs and can be used as a guide if you are attending
these meetings for the first time.
