--Point-of-sale inspections in Goleta.
--Driveway slope requirements in Calaveras County.
--Point-of-sale inspections in Ventura.
--Traffic initiatives (defeated) in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks.
--Vacation rental use permits in Napa.
--Sign regulations in Palm Desert.
--Point-of-sale retrofits of wood burning stoves in the South Coast
Air Quality Management District.

Alternatives to green building at the Point-of-sale
Additionally, the committee also agreed to direct staff to develop materials to help REALTORS® and local GADs educate clients and local government offials about alternatives to addressing green building issues at the point of sale.
