Association Executives Committee
Welcome to the C.A.R. EXPO and Business Meetings in Long Beach. The Following events will take place during the meetings in Long Beach that are of interest for AEs and Presidents:
The AE Professional Development Seminar will take place on Tuesday, October 14, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., in the Renaissance Ballroom II/III, Renaissance Hotel. There will be a buffet lunch provided for those attending the seminar in the Renaissance Ballroom I, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
The 2009 Presidents Orientation, for incoming Presidents and AEs, will be on Friday, October 17, 8:00 AM – 9:50 a.m., in Room 104 A, Convention Center.
The Association Executives Committee will meet on Friday, October 17, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., in Room 202 A, Convention Center. Following the AE Committee meeting the AEs will have lunch with Joel Singer and C.A.R. President William E. Brown in Room 202B, Convention Center.
Attached is the “Schedule at a Glance” which gives an overview of some of the C.A.R. meetings that are of particular interest to Presidents, Presidents-elect and AEs and can be used as a guide if you are attending these meetings for the first time.
