APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to approve the minutes of the October 12, 2007 meeting.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The Trustees reviewed and accepted financial statements showing the following:
Total Fund Balance as of December 31, 2007: $1,134,764.00
Interest Available for Scholarship Awards: $34,750.00
The Trustees also reviewed and accepted financial statements for the Education Foundation.
Total Fund Balance as of December 31, 2007: $56,894.75

GENERAL DISCUSSION
It was suggested by Mary Jane Cambria, Chair to have a conference call with the C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation Leadership and C.A.R. Staff to discuss the recommendations that were made on the Policies and Guidelines by the Trustees at the C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation Meeting in October 2007.
It was suggested by the Trustees that C.A.R. Staff add an additional column to the Perpetual Scholarships and Awards spreadsheet. The column will reflect the date(s) of when a perpetual scholarship was last awarded to a student.
C.A.R. EDUCATION FOUNDATION
It was Moved, Seconded, and CARRIED to send a letter to all the Local Associations/Boards requesting a contribution of $250 for the C.A.R. Education Foundation.
