Welcome to the 2009 Strategic Planning and Finance Committee!  Our next meeting will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Monterey and is scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, JANUARY 22          8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.    
Room:   San Carlos Room IV - Mezzanine Level , Marriott Hotel
FRIDAY, JANUARY 23              10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.           
Room:  San Carlos Room IV - Mezzanine Level , Marriott Hotel

Please check the published schedule prior to the meetings since meeting room assignments may change.
Your staff coordinators for the SPF Committee are Leslie Appleton-Young (lesliea@car.org), Robert Kleinhenz (robertk@car.org), Don Flynn (donf@car.org), Iqbal Bholat(iqbalb@car.org), and Shui Yin Cheung(shuiyinc@car.org).  Paula Green (paulag@car.org) is the committee’s administrative staff support.

Financial reports and articles will be emailed to the committee by January 15.  In addition, articles will also be emailed to the liaisons.  Vice Chairs Bill Plattos and J.R. Rouse, Committee Liaison LeFrancis Arnold, and I are looking forward to seeing all of you in Monterey!

On a final note, please check your email for a request for input on the 2009 membership survey questionnaire. Staff is looking for input on the survey by January 13, which will be going into the field later this month so results will be available at our March SPF meeting.
