Here are some of the events/meetings that will take place during the meetings in Indian Wells that you need to be aware of: The Association Executive Professional Development Seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 22, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Crystal Ballroom C-Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel. A buffet lunch will be served to participants of the seminar from 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM, in the Crystal Ball room B – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel.The C.A.R. Presidents Reception for Association Executives and Presidents will be held Wednesday, January 23 from 6:30 Pm – 7:30 PM in the Lobby Court Lounge - Lobby Level, Renaissance HotelThe Association Executives Committee Forum will be held on Thursday, January 24, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Valencia Ballroom I/II – Lower Level, Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel. The Association Executives Committee meeting will be held on Friday, January 25, 8:00 AM – 9:50 AM, Crystal Ballroom B/C – Lower Level,Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel.The Association Executives Lunch with C.A.R. President, William E. Brown and C.A.R. EVP, Joel Singer, will be held on Friday, January 25, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM,
