Voluntary water conservation, landslides, mortgage assistance for police officers in the San Diego region; sidewalk repair at the point-of-sale and mansionization in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills; seismic gas valve shut-off at the point-of-sale in Santa Monica; woodstove retrofits at the point-of-sale, impact fees and the indirect source rule in the South Coast Air Quality Management District; private transfer taxes in Region 3; pot growing in Humboldt County; Proposition 90 in Santa Clara County; creek setbacks and campaign finance reform in Region31; design review in Santa Cruz; public easements for trail access in Marin; conditional use permits in Visalia.
