This Issues Briefing Paper addresses a summary of three possible
scenarios for development of either a statewide MLS system or an aggregate
system to assist the directors in determining the best strategic direction
for the benefit of California REALTORS®.
1. Should California REALTORS® pursue the development of a Statewide
Aggregation
system that maintains separate MLS systems?
OR
2. Should California REALTORS® pursue the development of a Statewide
MLS?
OR
3. Should California REALTORS® pursue the development of an Aggregation
system
through the development of a single data base that could also be used as a
statewide
MLS at a local Association?s option?
