Mission Statement: The Local Governmental Relations Committee supports the interests of REALTORS® in local governmental affairs. The Committee monitors, analyzes, and recommends policies relating to local and regional issues, and assists REALTORS® in developing programs which impact local and regional governmental actions.

Dave Stark, GAD for the Bay East AOR introduced Nancy Rogers, of the NorCal Housing Coalition, who announced the new Housing Assistance Program Specialist Certification Course, a new continuing education course for real estate professionals.
