To:                 2006 SPF Committee Members and LiaisonsFrom:            James Liptak, TreasurerRegarding:   January Committee MeetingsWelcome to the 2006 Strategic Planning and Finance Committee!  Our next meeting will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Anaheim and is scheduled as follows:THURSDAY, JANUARY 26         8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.      Room:   Grand Ballroom Salon C/DFRIDAY, JANUARY 27              10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.      Room:   Grand Ballroom Salon A/BPlease check the published schedule prior to the meetings since meeting room assignments may change. Your staff coordinators for the SPF Committee are Leslie Appleton-Young (lesliea@car.org), Robert Kleinhenz (robertk@car.org), Iqbal Bholat (iqbal_bholat@car.org), and Shui Yin Cheung(shuiyinc@car.org).  Paula Green (paulag@car.org) is the committee’s administrative staff support.  If you notice any information on the rosters that is incorrect, please notify Paula.Last years membership survey report and survey instrument are included in the materials for your review. Staff is looking for input for the 2006 survey which will be going into the field in February and results brought back to the SPF Committee at our April meeting. 

Committee members will also be receiving a packet being sent by overnight mail next week with the most recent financial statements and some general interest articles.  These articles will be available to the liaisons at the meeting.Chris Kutzkey, Vice Chair, David Barca, Vice Chair, Heidi Rickerd, our Committee Liaison and I are looking forward to seeing all of you in Anaheim!
